Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What does it cost to rent a trailer?  Our rentals are competitively priced with other high end luxury trailers.  We offer an all-inclusive price model based on event location and event size.  Please give us a call to discuss or complete our form in the Contact Us section of this website.

  2. What is included in the rental costs? Our rentals are all inclusive.  The price we quote will include delivery, set-up, bathroom supplies ( such as soap, lotion, sanitizer, guest napkins, toilet paper) and attendant services.  See the full list of what's included in the Our Services section of this website.

  3. How does the trailer get to my site?  We deliver the trailer to the event site and complete the set up.

  4. How do I know if the trailer will work in my event venue? The trailer requires a minimum setup space of 35’ x 23’ with 14’ (height) x 12’ (width) unobstructed access point (free from trees, limbs, plants, wires, etc). We will discuss the event venue with you or your event planner to determine if our trailer is appropriate for the site.  If needed, we can visit the site to confirm that our trailer will work.

  5. Will I need to supply a water source? If the venue has a water source, we will bring our own hose and use their water source.  If the site does not have water, we will supply the water.

  6. Will I need to supply electricity?  Our trailer is equipped with a generator and an electrical hook up is not needed.  However, if there is a dedicated 20+ amp available within 100 ft of the trailer site we can bring an electrical cord and use that electrical source.

  7. Can I pay for a restroom attendant?  We provide an attendant in the cost of the rental.  We want to ensure that the facilities stay clean and stocked for your guests.  We also want to have someone on site that can address any issues that may arise.

  8. What areas do you serve?  We try to stay within a 2-3 hour radius of the Sacramento/Roseville area.  This means we can serve most locations in Placer, El Dorado, Sacramento, Sutter, Yuba, Amador, Napa, & Sonoma Counties.  Just let us know where your event is and we will let you know if we can help you out.

  9. Are the flowers in the flower boxes included?  We provided artificial flowers (yellow/white) in the flower boxes.  You are welcome to work with your florist to provide fresh flowers or provide your own artificial flowers, at your own expense.
